2. Booking, Cancellation, and Arrival Policy

When booking appointments with Sisters & Beauty:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• All appointments are subject to availability.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client. You can manage your appointment via the link in your confirmation/reminder email or by calling us directly.
• Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): We understand things happen, but cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time make it difficult to fill the spot. While we may not charge a fee for the first instance, we reserve the right to record the occurrence. **Repeated late cancellations may require a credit card on file to secure future bookings, or may result in a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the scheduled service value) being charged at the time of your next scheduled service.**
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification ("no-show") will be recorded. **To book any future appointments after a no-show, a credit card will be required on file. Furthermore, a no-show fee (e.g., 100% of the missed service value) may be charged before a new appointment can be confirmed or added to your next service bill.** Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service requests.

• Clients must arrive for services in good health. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment following the cancellation policy.
